Privacy & Terms

This privacy policy applies to the Crashlands 2D app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Hitbox Games (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• The Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address) of your device
• The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time you spend on those pages
• The time you spend in the Application
• The operating system you are using on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to user ID and the fantasy name you choose. The information requested by the Service Provider will be stored and used as described in this privacy policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data will occasionally be shared with external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the manner described in this privacy policy.

The Service Provider may disclose provided and automatically collected information:

• as required by law, e.g., to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, ensure your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, have no independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy policy.

You can easily stop the collection of all information by the Application by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstallation processes that may be part of your mobile device or available through the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain the user data provided for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you want them to delete the user data you provided through the Application, please contact them at krischan777@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years old.

The Service Provider is concerned about the protection of your information's confidentiality. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect the information they process and store.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of changes to the privacy policy by updating this page with the new privacy policy. It is recommended to review this privacy policy regularly for changes, as continued use will be considered acceptance of all changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this privacy policy as it is now and as we may change it.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Crashlands 2D app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Hitbox Games (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended to read and understand these terms thoroughly before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modifying the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not allowed. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to change the Application at any time and for any reason or to charge fees for their services. The Service Provider assures you that all fees for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided to the Service Provider to provide the service. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which includes removing software restrictions and limitations of your device's official operating system. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs that compromise your phone's security features, and cause the Application to not function correctly or at all.

Please note that the Service Provider does not take responsibility for certain aspects. Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, which may be provided either through Wi-Fi or by your mobile provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please note that the terms of your mobile provider's agreement still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while connected to the Application or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you take responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside your home area (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using the Application on, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

The service provider cannot always take responsibility for your use of the application. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, the service provider cannot be held responsible.

Regarding the service provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure it is updated and accurate at all times, they rely on third parties to provide information so it can be made available to you. The service provider is not liable for any losses you may incur directly or indirectly because you rely entirely on this functionality of the application.

The service provider may wish to update the application at a later time. The application is currently available according to the requirements of the operating system (and for any additional systems for which they wish to extend the availability of the application), which may change, and you must download the updates if you wish to continue using the application. The service provider does not guarantee that they will always update the application to keep it relevant for you and/or compatible with the version of the operating system installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when they are offered to you. The service provider may also cease providing the application and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise notified, upon termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the application and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

The service provider may regularly update its Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it is recommended to check this page regularly for changes. The service provider will inform you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
